About Therapy

As a counsellor I provide a safe, comfortable, confidential setting in which effective therapy can take place in the form of 50 minute regular sessions, to deal with emotional distress and often surprisingly common mental health difficulties, which are having a significant detrimental impact on an individual’s life.

In essence, the therapy will enable you to understand and see your difficulties more clearly and look at ways of overcoming them.
